Notes¶
- Written exams for Paper I and Paper II are held separately
- Question paper language: Nepali or English
- Answer medium: Nepali, English, or both
- For incorrect MCQ answers, 20% marks are deducted per wrong answer; unanswered questions carry no penalty
- MCQ answers must be written in capital letters (A, B, C, D); using lowercase or other symbols will void the entire answer sheet
- No calculator allowed in MCQ exams
- Subjective questions may have long questions, multi-part questions, or short notes within a single question
- Separate answer booklets for each section; answers must be written in the corresponding booklet
- Laws, acts, rules, and policies in the syllabus refer to those in effect 3 months before the exam date
- Only candidates selected from Phase 1 are eligible for Phase 2
